Once we have received your order, your bra straps will be sent out to you within 3 working days. However, should you need your bra straps urgently for a particular function, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to get them to you in time for the occasion.

Please note that we are unable to track any orders sent Royal Mail First Class, through the Royal Mail Network. We strongly recommend you opting for First Class Recorded postage, as this efficient service is traceable and will guarentee you order's arrival next day. 

Returns

You are entitled to a full refund on any orders returned within 14 days of the purchase date. After this period, we can no longer offer you a refund, but would be happy to exchange your bra straps for any other colour or style.

We offer a 100% quality assurance on our products, so please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any queries regarding your straps whatsoever and we will do our best to help.
