Shipping

Once we have received your order, your bra straps will be dispatched within 3 working days. However, should you need your order urgently for a particular function, please contact a member of staff as soon as possible and notify us of your requirements.

Please note, we have three UK & Northern Ireland shipping methods:

First Class – this method does not track your order. Shipment will take between 3-5 working days.

Special Delivery Before 1pm – will track your order, and once shipment is dispatched, goods will arrive next working day. Signature will be required.  

Royal Mail First Class Recorded – (our most popular method) will track your order, and goods will arrive within 48 hours. Signature will be required.

Please note; should you choose our First Class service, we are unable to confirm the whereabouts of your parcel once it has left our premises. Therefore, Glamorous Bra Straps Ltd will not be held responsible for any delayed, lost or stolen goods.  

For UK order which exceed £50, shipping costs will be deducted from your order. Parcels will be posted using our Standard Parcel Method.

All international orders will be sent using International First Class (Recorded).

Returns

You are entitled to a full refund on any orders returned within 14 days of the purchase date. After this period, we can no longer offer you a refund, but would be happy to exchange your bra straps for any other colour or style.

We offer a 100% quality assurance on our products, so please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any queries regarding your straps whatsoever and we will do our best to help.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order placed online or over the telephone, please contact our Glamorous Bra Straps Team within 3 working days by one of the following methods:

1. Calling 020 8949 6994 or 020 8336 1318 between 9am to 6pm (GMT) Monday to Friday

2. Forwarding your acknowledgement email to us at info@glamorousbrastraps.co.uk stating your intention to cancel the order
